Spirit and Rain

the sketch was sitting on my computer for like... half a year and i ended up stumbling upon it the other day. Since i was bored and feeling a little art blocked i decided to color it. This is a scene from the movie, i remember taking a screenshot of it and sketched it giving the horses a slight more realistic feel. ignore the crappy rushed background lol even if i had a reference for it.

Anyways this is Rain and Spirit from "Spirit: Stallion of the cimarron"
I've always had a soft spot for that movie... i love it.
